Meet the Partners

Matthew Jordan

Matthew is a CPA with a strong background in real estate investment, financial operations, and portfolio management. Prior to founding Jordan Capital Partners, he held roles at leading investment firms and advisory practices where he underwrote complex transactions, managed institutional portfolios, and led cross-functional initiatives in finance and technology. His experience spans acquisitions, development, asset management, and capital markets across a range of property types.

Matthew brings a disciplined, analytical approach to investing and lending, grounded in years of working with institutional investors and operators. He combines financial expertise with operational know-how to structure creative, reliable solutions for borrowers.

Outside of work, Matthew is a backcountry skier, mountain biker, climber, and mountaineer. He spends much of his free time exploring remote terrain across the Rockies, often combining off-road travel and camping to access lesser-known peaks and trails. His passion for the outdoors reflects the same discipline, preparation, and calculated risk-taking he brings to his professional pursuits.

Kevin Jordan

Kevin began his career as a CPA, rising to the position of Manager at KPMG, one of the Big Four international accounting firms. He later founded several successful financial services businesses, with specialties including mortgage lending, personal finance, financial consulting, forensic accounting, and expert witness litigation support.

With over 30 years and a track record of facilitating more than $100 million in transactions annually for thousands of clients, Kevin brings deep expertise and a solutions-oriented approach to personal financial management. His broad industry knowledge and commitment to client success make him a trusted advisor for navigating complex financial transactions.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking and exploring with his wife Cindy and their dog, Linus. He’s an avid skier and mountain biker, and also pursues wildlife photography as a creative outlet.
